All Room Are Non Smoking Deluxe Twin Room  Room 6 Deluxe Double or Twin (two persons sharing):- £99.00 per night Bed & Breakfast. All room have are en-suite and command panoramic seaviews. Deluxe Rooms are larger. All rooms are non-smoking Hotel Policies  Check in time from 4.00pm on day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 11.00am on morning of departure. Written confirmation and deposit of £20.00 per person is required to secure your booking. Alternatively you may forward your credit card details which will guarantee your reservation. Cancellations Bookings must be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date. If bookings are not cancelled outside of this period, no refund on deposit will be given. If you have given credit card details your card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Customers are reminded that a booing is a contract. Dogs Small well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. a charge of £5.00 per day is levied for extra cleaning of the rooms.
